What do I need to get started?
A compatible Mac, Google Chrome, a Casper license, and your own signed-in ChatGPT account. Keep the Casper desktop app open while using the extension. Windows support is coming soon.
Which forms and quiz fields work?
Google Forms, Canvas Classic, and Canvas New Quizzes support standard choice and plain text/numeric fields on supported layouts. Grids, matching, images, ordering, uploads, and rich-text questions need manual entry. Page layouts can vary.
Will Casper submit anything for me?
No. Casper fills supported fields for you to review. Next and Submit stay manual. Draft answers can be incorrect, so check them before continuing.
Do I need an API key?
No API key is required. Sign in with your own ChatGPT account. Its availability and usage limits apply; Casper doesn’t provide unlimited AI usage or a separate ChatGPT subscription.
How does billing work?
Monthly is $9.99 USD and yearly is $60 USD. Each license covers one computer. Checkout uses PayPal recurring billing; manage or cancel your subscription in PayPal. Your key appears on a private receipt page after payment confirmation. Save that receipt link or download your key.
How do I get support?
Join the Casper Discord and open a private support ticket. Include your operating system and Casper version. Never share passwords, product keys, or payment information in a public channel.
